I took my first photography class at 14. I started out using an old 120mm Rolleiflex because it was the only camera I had. I learned a lot about traditional photography in that class - how to develop film, make black & white prints and about basic photo editing. Since then, there have been few moments when I have been without a camera. Though I've taken hundreds of thousands of images I still love hearing the sound of a shutter tripping and looking to see what I've captured. This blog was created to remind myself that in photography as in many other things, the "journey is the destination.*"
